Access conditions

Group lessons are not open to children for safety, ethical and educational reasons.
Punctuality is required in order to avoid disturbing other participants, access to Yoga classes after the class start time may be refused.
A student may also be refused access to the course if the teacher considers that his or her attitude is harmful or inappropriate.

Rules and practical information

Wear loose, comfortable clothing made from a material that does not make noise when you move.
Do not eat large meals in the four hours before the session.
Yoga equipment such as mats, blocks, straps and bolsters are not provided by Melasanayoga.
Come about ten minutes before the start of the lesson to calmly settle down on your yoga mat. It is imperative to respect the timetable at the risk of not being able to access the course.
To maintain an atmosphere of concentration, I invite you to avoid any conversation before the start of the course.
Turn off your cell phone before starting class.
For everyone's well-being, do not use perfume.
It is necessary to remove necklaces, bracelets, watches and large earrings.
The practice is done barefoot.

Prices

The prices announced on the site are set by Melasanayoga and are subject to change or modification over time. Melasanayoga disclaims all responsibility for price developments.
The rates applicable as of 03/01/2023 are as follows:

Group lessons outdoors or indoors: €18/person
Private Private Lessons, €60 per session and €10 per additional person
Company course, 100€ minimum, upon quote.

Course booking systems

For group, private, online and corporate lessons, a lesson can be reserved via the website “htts://www.melasnayoga.com/” or directly by telephone.
When a student cannot attend a reserved course, they must cancel their reservation at least 24 hours before the start of the course. Otherwise, the student cannot be reimbursed.
Melasanayoga reserves the right to modify the schedule at certain times of the year, without this constituting a breach of commitment.

Payment, Duration & Validity

The following payment methods are accepted: Credit card or Transfer.
Payment must be made when booking online via Paypal.
Melasanayoga undertakes to maintain the fixed price throughout the duration of the contract.

Medical certificate & Responsibility

The student acknowledges having a perfect knowledge of the nature of the physical exercises practiced within the framework of the courses and sessions that he has reserved with Melasanayoga, and certifies on his honor that his physical constitution and his state of health allow him to practice sport in general, and more particularly to practice the activities taught by Melasanayoga.
The student releases himself from all claims and legal actions relating to injuries or damage to his person and caused in any way whatsoever arising from or due to the activity carried out.
The student agrees to assume all risks and consequences linked to the activity carried out by Melasanayoga.
In any case, the student undertakes to inform Melasanayoga of his medical history and to provide a medical certificate less than three months old when the teacher requires it. If the medical certificate indicates that the student is not fit to practice the ordered activity, Melasanayoga has the right not to accept the student for its course.
The Melasanayoga company cannot be held responsible in the event of an accident resulting from non-observance of safety instructions or inappropriate use of equipment or other installations.
For their part, the student is invited to take out a personal civil liability insurance policy, covering them for all damage they could cause to third parties, of their own doing, during yoga classes.
Without a medical certificate, the member practices solely under his own responsibility.

Protection of information

By registering on our reservation tool or by contacting Melasanayoga via the “Contact” section, Melasanayoga undertakes not to use your personal data provided for commercial or prospecting purposes.
Only Melasanayoga will have access to your personally identifiable information to carry out its specific work such as billing or customer service.
If Melasanayoga discovers a data breach, it will immediately take steps to resolve the problem and notify all affected parties in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
