Vinyasa

       In Sanskrit “vinyasa” means “synchronization of movement with breathing”. 

Indeed, each movement here is punctuated by an inspiration or an expiration in order to create a creative, dynamic and fluid sequence of asanas (postures).

Your body will gain flexibility, mobility and strength. In addition to increasing your body temperature, it will eliminate toxins to purify itself further. 

As for your mind, it will be peaceful and free. You will regain mental and spiritual balance. It is the perfect harmony between breathing, movements and mindfulness.
