Here begins the exploration of oneself and one's limits. 

Yin yoga, inspired by Chinese Taoism, invites you to awaken your “Yin” side which represents your femininity (Pingla nadi), your creativity and your gentleness. 

Thanks to passive postures performed on the ground and held for a minimum of 7 minutes, your fascia, tendons and ligaments will be deeply rehydrated and stretched. The mind will be completely calmed, which will allow you to return to your meditative dimension. Treat yourself to a moment of introspection and let yourself be guided by total letting go.
